Orders start at $20. As examples, simple parts in PLA or PETG run about $30 for three parts up to 5 inches, $50 for two parts up to 8 inches, and $80 for one part up to 12 inches. Price depends on size, material, complexity, finishing and quantity. Custom orders are quoted individually, and quotes are free.

Quote reply within 6 business hours. Business hours are 6 am to 10 pm. You can also call any day, any time, 24/7.

Small orders typically take 5 to 7 days. Larger, multi-part or custom orders take longer, and we'll give you an estimated timeline with your quote.

We accept STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP files. If you don't have a file, send a photo or PDF with measurements, or describe the part, and we'll let you know what we can do.

PLA is best for prototypes and display pieces. PETG is a tough all-rounder for functional and outdoor parts. TPU is flexible and rubber-like. Nylon is strong and wear resistant. See our materials page, or choose "Not sure" and we'll recommend one.

Many are, when the right material and design are used. Printed parts behave differently from molded or machined ones, so tell us how the part will be used and we'll advise you before you order.

Yes. We can produce repeat runs of the same part. Tell us the quantity you need when you request a quote.

Often, yes. Send the broken part's measurements and photos, or a model if you have one. We'll tell you honestly whether a printed replacement will hold up for your use and which material suits it best.

Often, yes. We use a 3D scanner and calipers to capture the shape, then rebuild it as a clean model. Small to medium, matte parts scan best. Send photos or the part itself and we'll tell you whether it's a good candidate.
