A small plastic part fails and the whole machine sits idle. If the part is discontinued or sold only as an expensive assembly, we can often make a replacement.

How we recreate a part
- You send the part or detailsA photo with a ruler works. A model file is best. Or mail us the broken piece.
- We measure or scan itCalipers and a 3D scanner capture the shape, then we rebuild it as a clean model.
- We pick the materialHeat, impact, outdoors or flexing decide between PETG, Nylon, TPU or PLA.
- We print and check the fitThen deliver it. Small orders typically take 5 to 7 days.
Honest limits
Printed plastic isn't right for every part. If it carries heavy load, touches food, or is a safety item, we'll tell you before you pay. See what we don't make.
