Terms of Service
Effective October 21, 2026.
These terms cover use of this website and orders placed with Southside Fabworks, a trade name of 3DPRINTSVA LLC in South Boston, Virginia. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Quotes and orders
- A quote request is not an order. An order begins when we send you a quote and you accept it.
- Quotes show the price, material and estimated timeline. Prices may change if the design, quantity or material changes after the quote.
- Payment terms will be stated in your quote.
Your files and designs
- You promise that you own your designs or have permission to have them made, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights.
- You keep ownership of your designs. You allow us to use them to make your order.
- We keep the right to decline any job. We won't make anything illegal, including firearms or parts intended to make a firearm illegal or untraceable, or anything meant to cause harm.
About 3D printed parts
- 3D printed parts can differ slightly from your model. Small variations in size, color and surface finish are normal.
- Strength and heat or chemical resistance depend on material and design. Tell us how the part will be used so we can advise you. You are responsible for deciding whether a part is suitable for your use.
- Parts are not tested or certified for safety-critical, medical, or load-bearing uses unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Problems with your order
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what was agreed, contact us promptly with photos. We'll work with you to fix it, whether by reprint, repair or refund. Custom parts made exactly to your approved specifications generally can't be returned.
Limits on our liability
The site and our parts are provided "as is." To the extent Virginia law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Use of the site
Don't misuse the site, try to break into it, or upload harmful files. We may change or remove content at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Virginia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
